No party is too large or too small for Creamery Hill Catering. Whether you choose to rent one of our rooms, the entire restaurant or have our Café team come to your location, we will work with you from start to finish to insure the menu for your event is the finest. Our talented and professional catering staff has over 30 years combined Creamery Hill experience and is always working with new ideas to tantalize the most discriminating palate. APPETIZERS
- Sliced Beef Tenderloin - "One of the first to go at any occasion!" Grilled to perfection and served with our special horseradish sauce or au jus, and crusty French bread. $25.95 per pound or market, 3 pound minimum
- BIG! BIG! Shrimp Cocktail - Try it confetti style! or served with our spicy cocktail sauce and lemon wedges. Another first to go. $32.95 per pound or market, 2 pound minimum
- Antipasto Platter - Caponata is only the beginning of what makes this appetizer like no other. A Sicilian favorite, it consists of sautéed eggplant, olives, capers, celery, carrots, golden raisins, garlic, onions, a touch of anchovies, and tons of herbs and spices. The caponato is surrounded by more Sicilian favorites: Asiago cheese, Mortadella, Volpi Genoa Salami, Artichoke Hearts, Calamata Olives, Green Olives, Roasted Red Peppers and homemade Toasties. $6.95 per person, 10 person minimum
- Caponata Alone - "The Sicilian Favorite" served with Toasties. $4.95 per person, 10 person minimum
- Smoked Salmon - Wonderful! Served with eggs, capers, and fresh basil. Ask about the different flavors. $29.95 per pound or market, 3 pound minimum
- Our Delicious Cream Cheese Tortes - Four great flavors to choose from: Sun Dried Tomato and Spinach, Smoked Salmon, Basil Pesto and Blue Cheese. Served with our wonderful French bread. $29.95 for 8 inch round, $17.95 for half
- Salmon or Shrimp Mousse - Either flavor is great! Served with table crackers or French bread. $34.95 for 11" x 4" serving
- Cheese Log - Assortment of cheeses are blended together and set in a cooler for at least one day, served with assorted table crackers or French bread. 8 pound minimum
- Whole Poached Salmon - Served with our delicate cucumber dill cream sauce. Showy presentation. $134.95 or market
- Spanikopita - Triangular puff pastry filled with feta cheese and spinach then baked to perfection. $1.50 each, 25 count minimum
- Stuffed Mushroom Caps - Large mushroom caps filled with crabmeat, spinach and herbs. Baked to a golden brown. $1.75 each, 25 count minimum
- Chicken Kabobs - Grilled fresh chicken breast. Try them marinated Italian style or with our delightful Thai peanut sauce. Served with or without fresh vegetables. $10.95 per pound, 5 pound minimum
- Grilled Beef Tenderloin Kabobs - Grilled to perfection, and served with our horseradish sauce and crusty French bread. Prepared with or without fresh vegetables. $18.95 per pound, 5 pound minimum
- Marinated Asparagus - (Seasonal) Tender, fresh asparagus spears, marinated in fresh dill and white wine vinegar with a touch of extra virgin olive oil. Perfection! $9.95 per pound or market, 10 pound minimum
- Assorted Relish Tray - Assortment of olives, artichoke hearts, pickles, roasted red peppers, pepperoncinis, and more! $5.50 per person, 10 person minimum
- Fresh Vegetable Platter - Assorted fresh vegetables arranged beautifully and served with our signature spicy blue cheese or classic ranch dips. $4.50 per person, 10 person minimum
- Cheese Platter - An assortment of cubed fine cheeses including; Swiss, provel, cheddar, provolone and pepper jack. Served with an array of fresh fruit for color. If you don't see your favorite cheese, just ask - we can get just about any kind you like! $7.95 per pound, 10 pound minimum
- Meat and Cheese Platter - "Build your favorite sandwich." Assorted meats and cheeses of your choosing. Served with a tray of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pepperoncinis, and pickles. On the side are mayo, Russian dressing, and yellow mustard. French bread, whole wheat and rye breads accompany the whole platter. $8.95 per person, 5 person minimum
- Chilled Pasta Salad - You choose the pasta shape and we do the rest! Italian or American style. $4.25 per person, 10 person minimum
- Fresh Fruit Platter - A beautiful presentation! Assorted seasonal fresh fruit artistically arranged and served with your choice of chocolate dip, fresh fruit dip or by itself. $6.95-$8.95 per person, 20 person minimum
- Liverwurst Pate - "A 19th century Missouri Governor's Mansion Recipe" Served with red onions and sweet gherkin pickles and served on rye points. GREAT!! $5.95 per person, 25 person minimum
- Large Salads - Choose from chef, insalada, house or Caesar. Served with your choice of dressing. $4.75-$7.95 per person, 10 person minimum
- Beef Empanada - A mouthwatering mixture of shredded beef, cheddar cheese, jalapenos and exotic spices wrapped in a corn masa pastry. Served with our own "Cuban sauce". $1.95 each, 25 count minimum
- Mini Beef Wellington - Classic and oh, so elegant - a savory piece of beef tenderloin accented with mushroom duxelle encased in a French style puff pastry. $2.50 each, 25 count minimum
- Feta Cheese & Sun Dried Tomatoes in Phyllo - A tangy blend of feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes delicately seasoned with basil, olive oil, and garlic in a phyllo triangle. $1.50 each, 25 count minimum
- Santé Fe Chicken - Smoked chicken, tangy salsa and crushed red peppers create a unique Tex-Mex beggar's purse. $1.75 each, 25 count minimum
- Kalamata & Artichoke Tart - A sun dried tomato & fresh herb tart shell filled with a creamy mixture of kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, and goat cheese. 25 count minimum
- Wild Mushroom Tart - A blend of wild mushrooms (shitake, oyster, portabella, crimini and button), fresh herbs, and Swiss cheese fill a flaky, chive tart shell. $1.95 each, 25 count minimum
- Cozy Shrimp - A delicious, garlic and ginger marinated shrimp rolled into a spring roll wrapper. $2.75 each, 25 count minimum
- Boursin Mushroom Caps - A whole mushroom cap filled with a creamy Boursin cheese and breaded. $1.95 each, 25 count minimum
- Adobe Chicken - A blend of yellow rice, diced chicken and spicy andouille sausage infused with fresh herbs, coated in shredded phyllo and spices. $1.95 each, 25 count minimum

- Country Glazed Ham - Slowly baked and glazed throughout cooking with our mango-chutney butter for perfect tenderness. Sliced on location. $19.95 per person, 25 person minimum
- Indonesian Smoked Chicken - ½ chicken smoked to perfection and topped with our own mango glaze. Unique and wonderful! $19.95 per person
- Stuffed Pork Loin - Stuffed with apples, golden raisins, homemade breadcrumbs and of course, plenty of garlic. Topped with our delicious brown sugar Dijon glaze. $23.95 per person, 20 person minimum
- Stuffed Chicken Breast - 8 ounce boneless breast, stuffed with cheeses, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs, then baked and topped with a tomato, artichoke and cream sauce. Wow! $22.95 per person, 10 person minimum
- Homemade Lasagna - Your choice of meat or vegetable with layers and layers of pasta and cheeses. Topped with a tangy marinara sauce. $13.95 per person, 15 person minimum
- New Orleans Favorite - "Jambalaya - me oh myo!" A spicy combo of shrimp, tasso, andouille and chicken. Sautéed with lots of onions, celery, peppers and you guessed - "Secret ingredients". Served over rice and don't forget the black strap molasses muffins. $19.95 per person, 10 person minimum
- Tuscan Pasta - A Café favorite. Large gulf shrimp are gently simmered in a tangy red sauce, then topped with toasted almonds, lots of fresh basil and dusted with fresh grated cheeses. $17.95 per person
- Robert's Italian Beef Stew - Italian herbs, carrots, potatoes a little or "a lot" of red wine with melt in your mouth marinated beef. Great with our fresh baked bread. $15.95 per person, 10 person minimum
- Shrimp Pepper Pasta - Fettuccine pasta bed covered with large gulf shrimp, mixed bell peppers and mushrooms. Cooked with an assortment of fresh herbs. $17.95 per person
- Shrimp Diane - Spicy Cajun style entrée with large peeled and deveined shrimp, sautéed in butter with onions, tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms and our own blend of Cajun spices and served with rice. This one is a real eye opener! $17.95 per person
- Chicken Marsala - Another house favorite - a breast of chicken sautéed with fresh mushrooms and sauced with nutty imported Marsala wine cream sauce and served atop a nest of butter pasta. $17.95 per person
- Chicken Di Parma - Tender breast of chicken sautéed with Proscuitto ham and mushrooms in a delicate white wine cream sauce. $17.95 per person
- Missouri Style Baked Beef Brisket - Hand rubbed with dry herbs and marinated overnight, then slowly baked. $21.95 per person, 20 person minimum
- Baked Salmon - Farm raised Norwegian salmon, covered with fresh horseradish and dill breadcrumbs - an exceptional combination. $20.95 per person
- Tuna AuPoirve - I can't take this one off the menu. Fresh yellow fin tuna encrusted with a mélange of cracked peppercorns, grilled medium rare and served atop a bed of Caribbean raisin cream sauce. Always a winner! $20.95 per person
- Pasta con Broccoli - Penne pasta is married with a rich tomato cream sauce, lots of fresh broccoli, a splash of crushed red pepper and of course, plenty of garlic. Fresh grated cheese a must. $15.95 per person
- Fettuccine alle Creamery Hill - Large gulf shrimp and tender, fresh spinach in a rich cream sauce, then topped with toasted walnuts and grated mixed cheese. $17.95 per person
- Pasta Florentine - Proscuitto ham, onion, and garlic, pan sautéed with lots of fresh spinach, olive oil and mushrooms. Served with fettuccine or bowtie pasta, topped with toasted almonds. $15.95 per person
- Lobster Bowtie Pasta - Served in a rich, creamy sun dried tomato basil cream sauce with snow peas, lobster meat, Parmesan and Romano cheeses and finished with a basil chiffonade. $18.95 per person
- Cajun Seafood Pasta - Mixed seafood is gently blended with fresh cream, onions, garlic and mushrooms in our own blend of Cajun spices with just a hint of tomato. Spicy, not hot. $18.95 per person
- Chicken Picatta - Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are pan sautéed with a tangy lemon caper tarragon sauce. Light and flavorful. $17.95 per person
- Slow Roasted Pork Tenderloin - The finest locally raised pork is rubbed with our recipe of herbs and spices. Served with a sauce Jezebel. $23.95 per person, 10 person minimum
The above entrees come with a fresh, mixed green salad. We make all of our own house specialty dressings. Favorites include: Spicy Blue Cheese, Parmesan Peppercorn, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil, Celery Seed and many others.

Server Service Charges
- Servers on location - One server $15.00 per hour*, each additional server - $10.00 per hour*

Number of servers varies depending on the style of service and the number of guests being served.
Catering Pick Up
- Monday thru Saturday - N/C
- Sunday - 10% of total, $50.00 minimum
Gratuities
- In house and on location - 20% of total bill
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
Deposit to reserve the date (non-refundable) - $125.00
50% of estimated bill due 2 weeks in advance, balance due day of service.
Billable count of people must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the event. Lower counts the day of service will be billed at earlier count. Higher count will be added to the bill.
Cancellation must occur at least one month in advance to receive full deposit.
If cancellation does not occur at least one month in advance, the deposit will not be refunded and customer agrees to pay for all items that have been purchased for the job.
